Made to order.
Each print is produced for your selected photograph, version, material and size. Prodigi makes and ships the print directly to your delivery address. At launch, we review paid orders before releasing them to production.
Shipping and tax.
We currently ship within the United States. The shipping charge and applicable sales tax are shown in checkout before payment. The selected delivery service may not include online parcel tracking. When the carrier supplies a tracking link, it appears in your shipping email and private order page.
Follow your order.
You receive a permanent order number and a private status link after payment. We email updates when production begins and the print ships. Production and delivery times vary by material, destination and carrier. We are measuring our first orders and do not yet publish a guaranteed delivery window. The print lab completing an order is different from the carrier delivering it.
Changes and cancellations.
Contact us promptly with your order number if something needs to change. We will check the order’s production status and explain the available options. Changes and cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Damage, a wrong item, or a return request.
Email cole@sweetdreams.us with your order number and a description. For damage or a printing problem, include photographs of the print and packaging so we can investigate with the print lab. We will review the issue and discuss replacement, refund or return options with you. Contact us before returning a print so we can provide the right instructions.

Fort Wayne Prints is a business name of Sweet Dreams US LLC, based at 201 W Main St, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802. Our office is not a retail pickup location. Online orders are shipped directly unless we separately agree otherwise.
