A simple promise.

When you request a release notification, we save your email address, the photograph you chose, your selected material and size, the shown price revision, the date of your request, and whether you separately opted in to occasional new-photo updates.

Your photo, your choice.

The main form asks us to email you about that specific photograph’s print release. The optional checkbox gives permission for broader photo-release updates. It starts unchecked. These requests are not orders, reservations, or payments.

Who can see your request?

The Fort Wayne Prints studio owner can view requests in the private admin. Supabase stores the records, Vercel hosts the website, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for bots. We don’t sell your email address.

Change your mind.

After joining, use the “Manage this notification” link to withdraw your request. Release emails will include a way to unsubscribe. Email addresses are not yet verified by email, and we are not sending release campaigns at this stage.

Understanding interest.

We count shop page loads, print opens, version choices, material and size choices, shown price revisions, and form starts in daily totals. We do not store form keystrokes or email text in browsing analytics. These are action counts, not unique visitor counts. We do not use analytics cookies, visitor IDs, or store IP addresses in those totals. To limit abuse, a private keyed hash of the connection address limits repeated events. Monthly reviews compare these totals with release interest and verified store sales; prices stay fixed until the owner approves a change. We do not personalize prices by visitor. Rate-limit records older than one day are cleared as new activity arrives. Signed-in studio owner activity is excluded.

When you order a print.

Stripe processes payment and collects your contact and shipping details. We do not store card numbers. We keep the print, size, price, tax and order status in our private order records. After payment verification, we share the delivery details and a temporary link to the private production file with Prodigi to make and ship your print. We retain order records as needed for fulfillment, support and accounting. Test orders are kept separate from live sales.

We store your email, delivery name and address, permanent order number, production status, and carrier tracking in private order records. Resend sends order confirmations and fulfillment updates. Your private order link shows the print and its progress; treat the link as private. We do not put your full address or email on that page.

The website offers a separate, optional promotional email opt-in before checkout. Buying a print alone does not subscribe you. We record the opt-in, source and date, and you can withdraw it from your private order page. Marketing is not sent automatically, and no advertising pixels or retargeting audiences are created by this checkout.

Your photographs.

Gallery images are web previews. Uploaded source photographs are kept separately in private storage. Viewing or saving a photograph does not grant reproduction rights.
